Intellisys is an authorized expert in the IPR pre-analysis service (IP Scan).

The IPR pre-analysis service is part of the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) SME Fund grant program, which helps European SMEs utilize intellectual property rights. The service is coordinated by the Finnish Patent and Registration Office (PRH). Experts in the service review the company's current status and IPR situation and provide recommendations for managing intangible assets. The service does not include legal advice or the creation of an IPR strategy. The service costs €1,500 (+ VAT), of which EUIPO can reimburse 90%. Support can only be applied for once in 2025 and requires EUIPO approval before the service is implemented.
